it has been a longggggggggggggggg time!

Assalamualaikum ;) 

Since dah jd degree student ni memang xde masa langsung nak update blog. kadang2 masa untuk diri sendiri pun terhad. Dah lebih kurang sebulan lebih jugak la study kat UniMAP...(future engineer ni >.<) AMINNNNN! nak ckp la kan (kalau rase nak baca lagi la...xpakse), kat U dapat la kolej kediaman baru. Memang best la kan dpt sume benda baru. Merasmikan sume bende kat situ. (pioneer kot!) tetapi, diulangi TETAPI, terlampau baru sampai cafe untuk student makan pun xde tau mula2. Koperasi pun xde...so sad! one more thing yg sampai sekarang xde lagi kat kolej saya (nama kolej tu Uniciti Alam) ialah the beloved ATM iaitu bestfriend sume org time memerlukan pitih...kekeke. Setiap kali nak keluarkan duit kene pergi campus induk. Which is more than 30km away from my residential site (sumpah leceh and jauh T_T) tapi koperasi and cafe untuk student makan dah ade la...not much but still enough for all of us (speaking jap, dah lame x speaking ^__^) 

Minggu pertama dok UniMAP or mana2 U confirm la penat kan...(maklumlah minggu orientasi kegemaran semua tu) serius penat! best? hmmm...ntah lah. benda tu subjektif. saya rase biase2 je... Then the second week, sesi pembelajaran dah bermula. minggu first belajar memang banyak sangat kelas cancel and x belajar lah jawabnya. minggu kedua dah start belajar, masuk lab and quiz...yup! QUIZ! dang! maths pulak tu....hmm hmm. marks? not bad a for first quiz. Macam2 kene beli utk first two months ni kan. Buku, file, multimeter (combination of voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter) and not to forget, yuran co-curicular activity (mahal baq hang!)  tu je dulu kot untuk harini... esok lusa boleh sambung lagi.

Degree Oh Degree

Assalamualaikum : )

Seperti sedia maklum, result upu yg ditunggu2 dah pun keluar pd 11 July yg lalu (ayat skema jap >.<) lolXDDD Macam biase, semua org menggelabah ayam nak tahu smbung study kat mane...(menggelabah mungkin sbb excited or takut) saya ni xde feeling pape mcm biase...heartless sokmo smpai la pukul 11.45 am (result keluar 12 tgh hari) baru la Emyra ni nak cuak bagai (nmpk x lambatnye kecuakkan tu muncul hahaha...) dah pukul 12 pun x check lg, sbb paham2 je la kan kesesakan web upu tu...dlm pukul 2 lebih mcm tu dah malas nk tunggu, so check pakai sms... 


lepas baca 2-3 kali saya dah rase mcm speechless...dah la x tau RY43 tu kos ape...tgk UNIMAP tu je dah cukup terkejut...jauh gilerrrrrrrrr ar tercampak (pdhal ade je yg dpt sabah/sarawak lg la jauh) saje nk hiperbola jap >.< seremban-arau mmg perghhhhhh! xtau nk ckp cmne...hahaha. sampai je rumah, terus check what does RY43 tu stand for....jeng jeng jeng....


terkejut jugak la dpt electronic engineering...tp Alhamdulillah la dpt jugak smbung degree. bile pikir balik ramai je yg x dpt smbung degree...so bersyukur kan dgn ape yg ade : ) 


maka, smpai disini saje post utk kali ni...to all my friends goodluck smbung degree masing2...sume hala tuju dah lain2 (sedihnyeeeee) next 4/5 years nanti dah habis degree mungkin smbung master or ade yg nak kerja dah kan :') yg ambik medic tu masih berjuang lg la yg pasti, 7 years kan if I'm not mistaken...correct me if I'm wrong : )

my two weeks workout :)

Assalamualaikum, 

Post kali ni mcm x penting sgt lah. Just wanna share some videos yg saya gune nak membuang lemak- lemak ternakan sepanjang cuti ni...Well, it is a serious concern bile dah ade kepak di lengan and seluar jadi ketat lolXDDD. Mmg la lagi 9 hari nak puasa, which is the best way to kurangkan berat, tapi yakin ke time bulan puasa tu kita mkn lagi sikit dari biase??? (berbuka je dah mcm x mkn seminggu punye gelojoh) >.<...Okay tu maybe saya je kot. kihkihkih. So, these videos are exactly ape yg saya ikot just to spend my time yg byk sgt : )






nmpk je mcm simple tapi bile buat...OMGGGGG!!!! penat gilosss! esok bile bangun, hehehe, the whole body sakit. hahahaha! seksa, tapi bila buat everyday, dah immune so x sakit dah ^__^

my final UPU update!

Assalamualaikum : )

  For all foundation/matriculation students this is the most nerve-wrecking thing to decide! semua dilemma nak ambik course ape. Yang pointer 3.5 above pun pening nak pilih course, yg pointer less than 3.5 pun same je peningnye (celaru nk pilih course takut tersalah nanti). permohonan UPU fasa II bermula dari 3-9 Jun...boleh update 3 kali je sepanjang tarikh 3-9 Jun tu...scary kot boleh update 3 kali je. Luckily, sye dah update on Jun 3rd tu...stuck kat situ for 2 hours (dok pandang je skrin lappy tu, pikir ape nak pilih) T_T dah update pun takot nak click send pdhal boleh je nak update lagi 2 kali..hehe ^__^

 Khamis, May 23rd 2013 - okay, it's my batch punye reunion! wee~~~ tersangat lah ditunggu2...it's almost 2 years since the last time I've met my friends, well most of them >.<

walaupun kali ni tak sume boleh datang tapi I think suasana still kecoh..haha...niat dtg nak ambik sijil SPM je...kebetulan pulak 23 may tu, STJ buat Teachers' Day Celebration...so our batch (Exodus) dapat la join together (we've made our grand entrance gitu) but the boys sume taknak join...pemalu ntah sejak bile pulak lolXDD...so this is a a bit of what's goin' yesterday : )

(nak tunggu sume ade kene buat lepas habis study lahh) hostel tak tau lah dah byk berubah ke belum sbb tak sempat nak visit (yg pasti dah ade mesin air gedegang)...untunglahh~

Result UPU dah dapat!

Assalamualaikum :)

Okay...mule2 nak ckp tak kesah la sye tak dapat 4flat pun kan...rezeki org lain2 *ayat nak sedapkan hati*  HAHA! kalau asyik nak compare diri ni dgn org lain gamaknye mmg sedih dan down la sepanjang hidup (ayat dramatik sikit) lolXDD ape2 pun...sye bersyukur la sbb harapan nak sambung course major in Biology tu boleh diteruskan...peduli ape org dok down2 kan sye...pekakkan je lahhh telinga sye ni...dah tak boleh dgn Chemistry nak buat cmne kan...Chemistry was my biggest weakness!!! T_T dari sekolah dulu kot...sye dok depan cikgu pun boleh terlentok! mmg selalu kene bahan dgn cikgu dulu time kat sekolah sbb tertido dpn mata dye (malu dgn ex-classmates >.<) 


Physics was okay...byk lalai time sem 1...kalau tak dah cemerlang dah physics tu...takpe lah, menyesal pun tak gune, consider it as a lesson! Math pun okay! hmm...tpi sye amat berpuas hati dgn Biology...tak sia2 sye bace kuat2 mcm org gile kat rumah palam dulu...habis naik tgn sume nk ambik feel (mcm org gile ghupenye) so overall, CGPA dirahsiekan...hehehe...boleh la smbung degree ni...hidup kene yakin ye! asalkan sye tak yah kene repeat paper sbb sye tau repeat paper ni seksa, dah la tak suke subjek tu, pastu kene lak repeat lagi...sabau je lerr... one more thing, sem 2 Bio tu huiyooo!!! marking macam strict...soalan final pun mcm out of the box, tak terpikir soalan akan keluar mcm tu...tpi sem 1 byk tolong mehh (utk bio jelahhh) subjek lain sem 2 sye byk improve...Physics terutamanye...tak pernah tido dah time sem 2 kalau lecture tu...(lagipun mentor sye sir Megat suke bahan sye dlm lecture hall, maluu >.<)


Owh ye, thanks kat classmates n housemates yg dah byk tolong sye study...terutamenye kat Chemistry, Physics & Maths...tak sia2 lah kite tak tido smpai ke pagi nk final...kihkihkih, and of course, kat sume lecturer sem 1+ sem 2 yg dah byk curah ilmu smpai tak tertangkap lolXDDD (especially lecturer Chem, Dr. Sim Lai Har)


Hmm...so goodluck kepade sume rakan seperjuangan yg berjaye dpt 4flat tu...yg dah dapat pre-medic tu pun ribuan tahniah diucapkan! ^__^ our future doctors. yg nyaris2 4flat tu, byk lagi pilihan course kat luar tu...tak yah sedih2 noo...rezeki Allah dah tetapkan dah...

Magic of Chocolate (my research in UiTM)


p/s : This was my BEL311 (English subject) research...my group of three have worked so hard on it since the first week in second semester. Alhamdulillah, we've got an A for this ^__^...there might be errors in certain sentences though.             Chocolate is made from cocoa. The word cocoa means “God Food” back in the days. Only rich people can have chocolate because it is expensive and valuable. It was also use in religious ritual. The cocoa tree was a scared being. As for the Mayan people, they only serve cocoa beverages to their kings. We might be familiar with the name of Rowntree, Cadbury and NestlĂ© were the pioneers in chocolate manufacture. People nowadays are considering chocolate as unhealthy food. This is absolutely not true. Besides having a great taste, chocolate can give a lot of wonderful benefits on health, psychology and beauty to mankind.

Chocolate has been described by many scientist as a food of the Gods because it contains a lot of plant nutrients. Scientists also found that consuming chocolate gives positive impacts on health. According to Murga (2001), eating chocolate can reduce the risks of getting heart attacks. Through allchocolate.com (n.d) natural compound in cocoa and dark chocolate can improve the blood flow and thus, reducing blood pressure. Besides, dark chocolate and cocoa consist of flavones which can improve the heart health. As a result, it will deactivate unstable molecule in blood called free radical. Studies found that free radical are unstable oxygen molecules that can trigger changes in the structure of normally healthy cells. Another research carried out by University of Cambridge (2011) discovered that consuming chocolate can lower the risk of getting diabetes by 31 per cent. Scientists theorize that plants are packed with high amount of natural antioxidants that can protect body and give a good health. Furthermore, studies also suggest that the antioxidants in food may reduce the risk of getting diseases and also have been linked to some of the good cardiovascular health. Chiaki, Noboru, Tsuyoshi (1997) expresses that antioxidants found in chocolate are called polyphone which can reduce the oxidation of low density of lipoproteins. The other research from American Academy of Neurology shows eating chocolate per week may be decreased the risks of stroke among men. Researchers found that if one individual consume highest number of grams of chocolate per day will lowering 19 per cent the risk of getting stroke. In summary, chocolate actually good for heart because it is consider as a food to promote benefits based on scientific proof.

Many researchers have found that chocolate contains mood-enhancing ingredients that can give effects on psychology. There are a few substances contain in chocolate that have been highlighted include serotonin, tryptophan, phenylethylamine, tyramine and carnabinoids (Lewis, n.d) According to Wenk (2010), chocolate has a little amount of marijuana like neurotransmitter, anandamide. It will breakdown immediately by enzyme after being produced by the brain (Coveleskie, 2004). It also can treat pain by activating the cellular receptor named tetrahydrocannabino. Besides that, chocolate also contains essential amino acid, tryptophan. Tryptophan actually needed for the production of serotonin that gives people well balanced mood. According to Driver (n.d), serotonin will make us feel happier when it is released into our system. According to University of New South Wales Australia (2006), it also stimulates mild stimulation which is mesolimbic dopamine. Dopamine also can control the pleasure and reward of the brain. Next, phenethylamin (PEA) also contains in chocolate. PEA helps in resemble of amphetamine and some of other psychoactive stimulant. When we eat chocolate, monoamine oxidase (MAO) enzyme immediately metabolized PEA. PEA also can help resolve feeling of dizziness, attraction and excitement. Other than that, chocolate contains theobromin (BNF Nutrition Bulletin, 1998). Theobromin is a chemical substance in a chocolate that has structural closed to caffeine and has 10 per cent stimulating effect as caffeine has. This chemical substance also can make people addicted to chocolate. In a research of teenagers and their parents, 14 per cent of sons and fathers and 33 per cent of daughters and mothers have found for being addicted to chocolate (Wenk, 2010). In short, chocolate contain many substances than can give psychology effect on human.

Chocolate is proven to boost our beauty. It is often heard, that chocolate can cause acne. Many people who have skin problem will tend to avoid indulging chocolate. There is no convincing data of how chocolate is related to acne break out. A study by Rodan & Fields (2009) found that it is only a myth that chocolate is a factor for acne breakout. However, chocolate is good for our skin if it is consumes in the right amount. Raloff (n.d) explained that chocolate contains flavonoids that rich in antioxidant more than found in strawberries. This will help to prevent premature aging and keep the skin looks younger. Besides that, flavonoids can moisturize and gives our skin a dewy glow and smoother texture. Excessive UV light can also be absorbed by flavonoids and thus preventing skin cancer. Based on statistic, a person who consumed the flavone- rich cocoa product after 12 weeks, will have 13 per cent moister and 30 per cent smoother skin. Since chocolate have a great taste, it will be fantastic if it is included in a bottle of perfume. Chocolate is a vital ingredients in fragrances nowadays. This is because it has an intriguing smell. Chocolate based perfume smells delicious and makes people who smell it craving for you. One of the interesting effects of chocolate perfume is, it is scientifically proven to be male aphrodisiac. According to Grainger (2011), chocolate perfume can help to shed some extra weight. In spas, chocolate bath is one of the most popular treatments (Martinez, 2009). This unique treatment helps to moisten the skin and also fight the cellulites. Researchers have found that chocolate has powerful element for slimming, detoxifying, and firming properties. Therefore, consuming chocolate is totally safe for our skin.

In summary, chocolate is beneficial for us. This is scientifically proven through multiple researches through the years. According to Driver (n.d) chocolate is “naughty but nice” and must be controlled when being consume. Chocolate has been said to have the reputation for being fattening, but it is obviously untrue. The addiction towards chocolate is normal and there is no need to be afraid of it. In fact, chocolate gives affirmative sake to mankind in the field of health, psychology and beauty.
